white men can’t judge
I’ve been somewhat captivated by the Sonia Sotomayor hearings, if for no other reason than to have more ammunition to fire at republicans. I don’t have to look very hard, they are an idiotic band nitwits. One would think that Sotomayor is what every republican expects of all Americans. Here is a woman raised in the South Bronx to a welfared, single mother, worked herself through Princeton and to law school. While it is am impressive to most of us, Sotomayor will never be truly accepted by the GOP bunch because she is not one of them (the party of Lincoln? I wonder if they’d even accept him now). Perhaps their stupidity comes from obvious inbreeding, a result of the fact that they are only welcoming to themselves. Really, would there ever be debate about how the white male nominee pronounced his last name and if indeed it is consistent with his cultural vernacular? Um, no.
Jon Stewart has been an hilarious balance to the circus-like frivolity. In the video clip, Graham asked Sotomayor to answer for anonymous accusations by lawyers who had appeared before her, claiming she was temperamental and angry. In response, Stewart read anonymous comments about Lindsey Graham from the Internet that included people calling the senator the “ass of the year,” a “sad sack of shit,” and a “racist idiot douchebag.” Stewart also pointed out that Lindsey is featured on the site men who look like old lesbians.
Let me cast my vote, Lindsey Graham is indeed a power-hungry ass who is trying to compensate for a very small penis.
